We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Business Development & Client Support Executive who can manage client relationships, drive sales, and support operations across marketing, client servicing, and back-end coordination.
1. Lead Follow-Up & Client Conversion
Proactively follow up with prospective leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Build strong rapport and convert leads into active clients.
Maintain a structured follow-up system and update lead tracking tools.
2. Sales Development
Identify new business opportunities within target markets.
Present our accounting and tax consultancy services to potential clients.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
3. Social Media Campaign Monitoring (Meta)
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to oversee Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
Monitor ad performance, gather insights, and suggest improvements.
Ensure campaigns align with business goals and promotions.
4. Client Collection Management
Maintain communication with clients regarding outstanding payments.
Follow up on collections and maintain updated records.
Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accurate reporting.
5. Proposal & Agreement Preparation
Draft tailored service proposals and client agreements.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, professional, and aligned with company policies.
6. Client Meetings & Service Coordination
Attend meetings with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and communicate them to internal teams.
Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on services rendered.
7. Website Oversight
Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure website updates and enhancements.
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements.
Keep service pages and blog content up to date in line with company goals.
