3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

4. Payments & Billing

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

By purchasing services, you agree to Stripe’s terms and policies.

4.2 Fees

  • Fees are due as specified in the invoice or agreement.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

4.3 Refunds

6.2 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment:

  • Clients receive rights to final deliverables as defined in the agreement.

  • Ivy Digital LLC retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Ivy Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, Stripe). We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party downtime

  • Policy changes

  • Service interruptions

  • External platform decisions (e.g., ad account suspensions)

  • Lead volume

Performance depends on market conditions, competition, budget, and external platforms.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (Effective Date: 01 January 2026), which explains how we collect and process personal data.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Government restrictions

  • Platform disruptions

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
