Refund and Returns Policy

This policy governs all Ivy Digitals services, subscriptions, implementation projects, and digital product purchases made through our website and related channels.
1. Core Policy
All approved and confirmed purchases are subject to this policy. Due to the nature of digital services and deliverables, refunds are limited and generally unavailable once access or delivery has begun.
2. Services (No Refund After Commencement)
Services are non-refundable once work starts. This includes, without limitation:
SEO and content marketing services
Paid advertising management
Web development and technical implementation
AI workforce setup, automation deployment, and optimisation
Consulting, strategy, onboarding, and custom deliverables
3. Digital Products and Subscriptions
Digital products, software access, credits, integrations, licences, templates, downloadable assets, and subscription fees are non-refundable once access credentials are issued, files are delivered, or consumption begins.
4. Marketplace and Third-Party Vendors
Ivy Digitals may facilitate third-party vendor transactions. Refund decisions for vendor-provided products remain the vendor’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific transaction.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable law or where Ivy Digitals, at its sole discretion, confirms a verifiable billing error.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree to contact Ivy Digitals first to resolve any billing concern before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. Unsupported chargebacks may lead to service suspension and account restrictions.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Project scope changes and subscription cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests do not entitle refunds for already delivered work, consumed services, or active billing periods.
